Debbie Bauman is the owner of Totally O, a SW Portland / Lake Oswego based professional organizing business founded in 2005, teaching executives how to improve personal productivity at work and at home.
“I’m a naturally organized person. But even I have a tendency to stack when I run out of time or am unsure how to move forward with a project. Getting stuck is natural. I used to be uncomfortable admitting it, but now I see it as an opportunity to relate to my clients. My organizing philosophies and systems stem from growing up in a large family, years of juggling single parenthood and work, as well as continued education. The result is the ability to create streamlined, professional systems enhancing the clients’ personal productivity.”
With 15-years experience supporting upper-level management, Debbie understands the challenges busy people face on a daily basis to maintain work-life balance. Debbie brings a practical approach to her clients’ organizing dilemmas by identifying the root of the problem and introducing personalized solutions organic to each individual. Care and concern for all stakeholders, trust, honesty, humor, and tangible results are trademarks of Debbie’s service.
Debbie is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and secretary of the Oregon Chapter of NAPO. She is also a member of the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD) and Toastmaster International. She is also an active volunteer in her community.
